Heidi is a great agent. She worked really hard to find the perfect home for our needs and got us through a mail away closing. We used an out of state bank even though she advised against it. They called her everyday for help. She stayed super patient with them and walked them through to the end. We live in another state and closed without ever seeing the home except on FaceTime. After the seller was done with the possession after closing time we gave him, Heidi went over to the house. It wasn't in the condition it should have been and she worked hard to make sure that was corrected before we arrived. She even did some of the cleaning herself! Heidi went above and beyond an agent’s responsibility, she helped ensure our new house was completed on time, she gave good advise on lenders, appraisers. She went to the house when the internet people arrived to install, she helped out when our movers lacked required paperwork, in essence she did whatever was needed to help out our cross country move.
